        มาตรา ๑๕๑* ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน มีหน้าที่ซื้อ ทำ จัดการหรือรักษาทรัพย์ใด ๆ ใช้อำนาจในตำแหน่งโดยทุจริต อันเป็นการเสียหายแก่รัฐ เทศบาล สุขาภิบาลหรือเจ้าของทรัพย์นั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท

           Section 151. Any person, who is a competent official and whose duty is to purchase, make, manage or retain any thing, who dishonestly exercises his or her position power to the injury of the State, Municipality, Sanitation or owner of such thing, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of five to twenty years or imprisonment for life and to a fine of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand baht.
